· The TAB Hotline provides each member with a network of TAB Facilitators and thousands of TAB Members across the country. Have an issue on which your board or facilitator wants expanded information? It can be posted to the TAB Hotline and results received nationwide in a matter of hours.
· Tips from the Top is a monthly newsletter focused on time and money saving ideas for leaders of privately owned businesses. Each month Allen Fishman, CEO and Founder of The Alternative Board TAB and Executive Editor of Tips from the Top, puts together Sales, Marketing, Management, Operations and Financial tips that will improve the results of your business.
· Strategic Business Leadership® (SBL) an easy-to-use, five-step strategic planning process developed to meet the needs of time-constrained small business owner. By helping owners lead their companies strategically, instead of by the “idea of the week,” SBL enables owners to achieve their personal and business visions of success.
· TAB Business Vantage, an operations’ diagnostic tool focused on small business process improvement.
· Guest Speakers during board meetings provide additional educational and informational resources to TAB Board members on topics they choose.
· Monthly TAB Fort Worth Business Bites Luncheons led by guest speaker expert on current business topics.
· In conjunction with TCU’s Neeley School of Business, Semi-annual Half Day Workshops for TAB Fort Worth Members on topics important to members, such as, selling a business or weighing health care options for small business.
· In conjunction with other TAB groups in the Fort Worth/Dallas metro area, Quarterly TAB DFW Half Day Workshops for Prospering in Your Business.
· Special Discounts: The national TAB organization acts as a coop-buying group for TAB Members and negotiates saving not available to non-TAB members. These range from buying computers to business education tools to employee assessment testing and many things in between.
